Google announced there OS today. Yes you heard right google is releasing an operating system specially designed for speed and development they call it Chrome OS. If you ask me its going to be a leaf of there android platform but it will be exciting to see what the netbooks do with them.The OS will be open source so we can expect a fast growing community of applications and support for the OS. With the OS being announced they also announced they're hardware partners. We can expect netbooks from the likes of Asus, Acer, and HP, as well as Toshiba.
