New Yorker Carol Kasyjanski's has a wireless pacemaker monitoring her health. The pacemaker uses a low-power signal around 400MHz, to report on the condition of her heart. The pacemaker will report any irregularities immediately and the doctors will be able to check her heart condition online. Unfortunately the pacemaker doesn't have a fixed ip. Imagine the emails we could have send her heart :P Hope she gets better soon :)
